All our flowers are handcrafted using high-quality milk cotton yarn and other premium materials to ensure a soft texture and long-lasting beauty.

2. Do the flowers ever wilt or fade?

No — unlike real flowers, crochet flowers last many years with proper care. Keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain their color and shape.

3. Can I customize my bouquet?

Yes! You can choose your favorite flower types, wrapping paper, and ribbon style. Once you place your order, we’ll share a photo of the arrangement so you can request any final changes before delivery.

4. How long does it take to complete an order?

We keep our flowers in stock, so standard bouquets are usually ready within 1–2 business days. Custom or larger orders may take a little longer, and we’ll confirm the estimated timeline once your order is placed.

5. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery within a 20 km radius of Mississauga:

  • Free delivery for orders over $75 CAD within 10 km
  • $5 CAD delivery fee within 10 km
  • $10 CAD delivery fee within 10–20 km

6. Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! You can pick up your order at our Mississauga location:

7. How do I care for my crochet bouquet?

  • Keep them clean: Dust them regularly to keep them looking fresh
  • Keep them dry: Avoid getting them wet, as moisture can damage the yarn. 
  • Avoid direct sunlight: Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sun to prevent colors from fading.
  • Handle with care: Be gentle when handling them to avoid misshapen petals.

8. Do you accept custom or bulk orders?

Yes! We’re happy to create custom arrangements for weddings, events, or gifts. Please contact us in advance for bulk orders.
